Sempre combattuto tra il complesso del peso e la sacralità del rituale del pasto, era solito inserire nelle sue pellicole numerosi riferimenti ai pasti e alla loro preparazione. E’ in parte questo a ispirare il progetto di tesi di Felix Meyer, Pascal Monaco e Torsten Strer, tre studenti della University of Applied Sciences and Arts di Hannover. Hitch è un libro di ricette animato e ispirato ai classici del maestro. 

Torn between his weight and the sacredness of the ritual of the meal, he used to put film in its many references to meals and their preparation. It inspires the graduation project by Felix Meyer, Pascal Monaco and Torsten Strer, three students from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover. Hitch is an animated book containing the recipes for Alfred Hitchcock’s classics.
